原标题：用暖心服务传递更多温度（人民满意的公务员）山清（右二）和同事围绕“快准稳好”落实退税减税政策，探讨进一步优化服务举措。李露璐摄（人民视觉）纳税人的急难愁盼是她的深情牵挂，群众的满意点赞是她的不懈追求，她就是国家税务总局济南市市中区税务局税源管理一科科长山清。1999年，山清转业到济南市市中区税务局，分配到办税服务厅综合征收岗位，自此干一行，爱一行，专一行，精一行。有的纳税人资料没带全，急得直跺脚；有的纳税人不了解流程，跑了冤枉路……山清看在眼里、记在心里。从提供免费打印机、复印机开始，一点一滴改进完善，如今办税服务厅的功能越来越完善，办税缴费的环境和条件越来越好。2014年，针对纳税人要办事不知到哪里问询、后续需跑多部门办理的难题，山清多方协调，积极推动整合大厅、网站、12366热线、局长信箱等渠道，集中咨询、举报、投诉各类事项，创设“首问责任调度中心”，让纳税人的困难能够第一时间有人听、全程衔接有人办。如今，山清所在的办税服务厅的服务功能日趋完备，服务方式不断优化，从“自助微厅”线下服务无死角到“泉城码上办”线上服务不打烊，“一站式服务”“一窗通办”“一次办好”，纳税人办事越来越便捷。2016年，营业税改征增值税业务繁忙，她和同事们连续加班。山清带领团队在1个月内完成了3.6万余户纳税人的税种调整以及数百万条数据的调整补录。2018年，国税地税征管体制改革开启，山清带领队伍定制度、调流程、抓培训、提技能，实现办税服务厅合并后160多人队伍的事合、人合、力合、心合，确保工作衔接有序、办税运转畅通。
