Ranveer later issued an apology on Instagram, clarifying that his intention was only to praise Rishab’s powerful performance in Kantara. He also said he deeply respects all cultures and traditions and expressed regret if his actions hurt anyone. Despite the debate, both actors continue to enjoy massive success.
